The 13-count allegations the EFCC has brought against her are substantially different from the ones that were submitted against her in the London court and have to do with money laundering
“It is instructive to note that criminality is criminality, irrespective of jurisdictional differences,” Oyewale remarked in response to the recent incident. There can be no impunity for crime. The EFCC is in charge of Madueke’s money laundering prosecution, which involves cases from Dubai, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, and Nigeria

He continued by saying that the EFCC is eagerly awaiting Diezani Alison-Madueke’s arraignment in London’s Westminster Court
