Rapper Ikechukwu has revealed a startling fact regarding his pay for every show while he was contracted to MoHit Records.
Ikechukwu Onunaku, a Nigerian rapper and actor, recently opened out about his experience working with the MoHits Records company.

Ikechukwu disclosed on a Daddy Freeze-hosted Instagram live that he felt Dapo Oyebanjo, also known as D’banj, one of the label owners, had treated him unfairly.

He said that even though he was paid and had gigs scheduled for a substantial amount of money—roughly one to two million naira—he was only given 50,000 naira of his fee, treating it as a “favor,” in his words.

Ikechukwu continued by saying that following a fight with D’Banj, his salary was later raised to N15,000. He further mentioned that the Kokomaster had informed him that his mother’s final approval was required for the advancement to be made possible.

Ikechukwu continued to claim that D’Banj’s mother was the primary decision-maker for MoHits, implying that no decision was made without her agreement, in response to Freeze’s question about why D’Banj had claimed that the rise was due to her approval.
