On Friday night, February 9, Herbert Wigwe, the CEO of Access Holdings, and his spouse, Chizoba, lost their lives in a helicopter crash in California. Reportedly, the helicopter crashed on Friday night near Boulder City, which is situated between Nevada and California, while its route to Las Vegas.

The helicopter took off from Palm Springs Airport at 8:45 p.m. and crashed around 10 p.m. on its way to Las Vegas, according to the San Bernardino Sheriff’s Department.

There were rumors that the bank CEO, his spouse, and their son were on board the doomed helicopter. It is also said that the pilot of the helicopter was Abimbola Ogunbanjo, the leader of the Nigerian Export Group.

His age was fifty-seven. I hope his soul is at peace. Thank you.
